Aufgabenbereich während des Praktikums:

 
Our International Customer Success team is looking for bilingual and motivated interns to help manage our Italian and Anglophone markets by participating in the following activities:
 
· Provide day-to-day relationship management between our hotel partners (B2B) and guests (B2C) by phone and email
 
· Establish a liaison between the client and the hotels: modification of reservations, managing book-out situations and special booking requests
 
· Exchange with hotel partners in order to maintain the quality of our offer (monitoring availability, allotments, image quality offers modifications…)
 
· Manage incoming requests for information and reservations 
 
· Handle and resolve complaints and claims all while guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction (we offer a 100% response service)

Anforderungen zum Bewerberprofil:

Akademische Ausbildung

International Business, Languages, or Hospitality

Sprachkenntnisse

Italienisch – Native
Englisch – B2
Französisch – Appreciated

Gewünschte Erfahrung

Previous hospitality or service industry experience is a plus

Informatikkenntnisse

Solid knowledge of internet tools
