Die Konzentration liegt auf der Einstellung, der Vermarktung und dem Vermieten von Häusern und Wohnungen in touristischen Städten für Kurzaufenthalte: Seit vielen Jahren machen Studenten hier ihr Praktikum, meist im Sommer, in den Bereichen Reservierungen, Kommunikation oder in der Kundenbetreuung auf internationaler Ebene. Das Unternehmen verfügt über eine umfangreiche Internet-Plattform und einer Datenbank von vielen internationalen Partnern und Besitzer.

Das Unternehmen ist ein Mix aus Jugend, Sprachen, Internationalität und Kommunikationstechnologien. Die Praktika sind vergütet und du bist an verschiedenen Orten tätig, da die Büros in vielen Dörfern und Städten entlang der Mittelmeerküste sind: Von Barcelona bis zur Costa Brava, an der Costa Dorada und an der südlichen Küste von Valencia. Seit Jahren hat eine Vielzahl von Studenten das Glück, ein internationales Praktikum in diesem Unternehmen zu machen beziehungsweise in diesem Gebiet: Immer mit einem oder zwei Studenten pro Büro.

IMPORTANT PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

1. This internship is available in several cities along the Mediterranean coast in the communities of Catalonia and the Valencia community (For example: Lloret de Mar or Alicante).
2. In order to know the available cities, the interview with the specialized consultant must be approved.
3. Compulsory start date: 15/06/2021 
4. The end date should ideally be August 31st (there is some flexibility).
5. The student must have a driver’s licence

DETAILS OF THE TASKS

This company is looking for a student who can provide support, during the summer, to the management team at one of the company’s locations along the Mediterranean coast, helping with the following activities in particular:

• Offer information on services, prices, tourist apartments and points of interest for visitors.
• Track bookings of holiday apartments for rent and ensure the level of occupancy of the properties.
• Maintain close contact with international customers before, during and after their holiday stay.
• Collaborate with the delivery of keys to new tourists.
• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients and apartment owners.
• Make sure that the apartments are in good condition when tourists leave or inform a superior in case of damage.
• Collaborate with administrative tasks such as records, filing, documentation and contracts.
