Das Büro befindet sich im Stadtzentrum und das Arbeitsteam wird als jung, digital, verkaufsorientiert und dynamisch betrachtet: dank spanischen, italienischen, frankreichen und deutschen Profis (und anderen Nationalitäten)  in der Umgebung, Praktikanten erwerben eine riesige, multikulturelle Berufserfahrung.

Die Berufserfahrung den Praktikanten wird dank der Betriebsverwaltung unter der Führung der Profis, die über Wissen des Welthandels, Digital Marketing und Produktmarketing verfügen bereichert.

Missions:

• Receive incoming calls and emails from customers of the company’s website.
• Answer questions about products, delivery, payment, use of the website, returns, refunds.
• Provide alternative suggestions, if any, for the benefit of the client and the company.
• Report back problems and ask for improvements to international leaders.
• Assist teams on returns of goods (less than 2%)
• Coordinate with the logistics team.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of customer service policies.
• Excellent spelling.
• French mother tongue. All other languages ​​will be an excellent asset.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Previous B2C customer service experience would be beneficial.
• Organization and coordination.
