This is an opportunity for students who are looking to improve their English in a beautiful setting to have a professional experience in one of Scotland’s most popular hotel chains. The hotel is willing to be very accommodating in terms of what the student’s tasks will be. In this Receptionism internship, the students main tasks will be:

In the Receptionist internship, you will learn how to handle both administrative tasks and contact with international clients. Your main tasks will be:

  • Formation in the internal management program. 
  • Management of reservations and special requests. 
  • Handling of both check-in and check out. 
  • Billing clients before their arrival and on finalizing their stay. 
  • Give information to the clients about the Hotel’s services and encourage brand engagement. 
  • Explain to the guests the main tourist destinations of the area.
