• Responding to emails and calls from Spanish speaking members 
• Contact with customers, problem solving and responding to queries (website functionalities, cancellations, refunds, etc.)
• Assisting members with the organisation of their exchanges 
• Improving member satisfaction 
• Participation in the organisation of events with members
• Participation in the management of social networks for the Spanish speaking market (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Blog)
