This internship welcomes new tourism interns from all around the world each year in order to perfect their knowledge in gastronomy and restaurants. The student who is lucky enough to do this internship will be lodged in the heart of the hotel and will also receive a monthly remuneration of €577,50. You will also have the right, during your days off to use the hotel pool car in order to discover the town of Quimper (B Permit necessary).

Vous serez affecté s différents en salle : Service du petit-déjeuner, service banquet et le service au restaurant.

Pour le petit-dejeuner : 

• Dresser les tables et les buffets,
• Accueillir les clients,
• Débarrasser les tables 

Pour les banquets (mariage ou séminaire) : 

• Mettre en place les tables et les chaises,
• Dresser les tables
• Effectuer les allers-retours cuisine-salle,
• Débarasser puis nettoyer la salle.

Pour le service du restaurant :

• Mise en place du service en fonction des réservations,
• Au dressage des tables,
• Débarrassage des tables et au rangement de la salle
• Divers travaux de préparation.
• Aller-retour entre la cuisine et la salle.

Lorsqu’il aura acquis un peu d’expérience, et en fonction de son niveau de français, il pourra être autorisé à servir les clients, et à présenter les plats.
