Internship in Receptionist in international hostel in Marseille

Our partner is a company that manages two hostels, both located in the center of the beautiful city of Marseilla. If you are looking for a first experience as a receptionist in an international context while being able to practice languages with clients, this can be a wonderful opportunity.

Marseille is in constant motion; it is the city of art and culture, with more than 2500 years of history it knows how to combine tradition and modernity. These hostels are located near the liveliest areas of Marseille, the commercial and historical center where you will also find bars, clubs, museums, monuments …

These hostels, in addition to the excellent location, offer the customer the possibility to choose between rooms characteristics; Each one of them is decorated and painted by a different local artist, giving it a unique character.

You are autonomous, dynamic and speak English and French? Do you have computer skills in office automation? The Hostel, with its young and cosmopolitan clientele, proposes to you to carry out an internship with the following missions:

• Checkin / checkout support and customer service;
• Advice on tourist activities in Marseille and its surroundings;
• Telephone and online bookings;
• The development of referencing of the hotel (translation of the website, partnerships, relationship with guides, …);
• Other tasks indicated by the internship tutors in relation with the contact and the customer reception.
