This hotel is part of a well recognised international chain, with a global presence and more than 15,000 hotels. One of its most luxurious 5 star hotels is located on the beautiful island of Malta, surrounded by beautiful islands and landscapes. 

The company is offering internships in all of its’ departments, such as management and administration, F&B, kitchen, front desk, back office, revenue management and HR. 

The ideal profile would be students who have studies in hospitality or tourist company mangement and who have an excellent level of English, a business knack and also a good manner of speaking with clients.

 The student who has the privilege of being accepted will have the opportunity to have accommodation in a shared flat with other students, meals whilst they are working and a transport ticket for all trips between the hotel and apartment. 

Internship tasks:

This position is responsible for human resources information including recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems. This position provides administrative and project management support to the Human Resources Manager and the Human Recourses Coordinator.

  • Filing and scanning staff documents to upload on HR System – Daily
  • Report Sick- Reports – Daily
  • Prepare Employee packs – IH (Full time) or HS(Part time)
  • Update Facebook page –
  • Upload vacancies; remove old posters in the
  • Issue of name badges to team members
  • Prepare birthday cards and birthday poster for FB & NB – Monthly
  • Prepare enrolment poster for FB& NB– Monthly
  • Prepare well done posters – Monthly
  • Maintain and update employee files – Daily
  • Update the Staff Notice Boards –Daily
  • Show rounds to new interns
  • Schedule interviews and other appointments as requested by the HR Manager and HR -Daily
  • Report training course – Employee database
  • Archiving – termination files, update monthly database, emp. database, termination
  • Sorting of CVs and preparation for interviews
  • Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources
  • Collect, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including resumes
  • Help collating information to prepare monthly reports
  • Provide any other assistance to HR manager and HR Coordinator which may be

Requirements for the applicant:


Business management, communication or silimar.

Required languages

English – C1
