This prestigious hotel is ranked as one of the best luxury hotels of the whole island because of its high quality in services, luxurious facilities, and its great variety of Deluxe rooms that they offer to tourists.
Located in one of the most touristic areas of Malta, this hotel is surrounded by plenty of luxury bars, restaurants, clubs and of course, a wonderful atmosphere full of mesmerizing and classy landscapes.
Their internships offers cover many areas. These include receptionism, kitchen & gastronomy, F&B, Guest Relations, and call center. During the internship the student will be supervised by a tutor who will support them throughout the whole process of acquiring new techniques and knowledge.
Students who have the privilege of being accepted by this hotel will receive benefits such as their uniform and daily meals.
There are other two options regarding the accommodation and benefits, that can vary according to the availability of the hotel and the volume of intern:
-Accomodation included during the internship period + € 300 gross / month + benefits
-No included accommodations during the internship period, but € 685 gross / month + benefits
The applicants must have a high level of English, and another language is highly appreciated. The internship period must be at least 5 months long, and those students who wants to do 3 to 4 months of internship won’t have the included accommodations offer.
Internship tasks:
Be part of this multicultural team! In this internship you can put your knowledge to the test in the culinary world. You will be in constant contact with senior chefs and will perform the following tasks:
- Collaborate with the organization and stock of the raw materials: Meat, fish, salads, fruits, cans.
- Collaborate with kitchen cleaning before and after each service.
- Help in the kitchen filling before service.
- Prepare mise in place according to the orders of the chef.
- Cut vegetables, fruit, meats, and fish.
- Help in preparations and cooking by following Chef’s instructions and recipes.
- Help with the organization of products in both cold and preserve areas.
- Attend team meetings and comply with internal regulations regarding health and safety.
