A magical 5 star hotel group located in one of the most beautiful and cultural cities in Spain. This hotel was a grand palace up to the XX century and home to a Marquis. The hotel has chosen to keep a lot of the original aquitecture to offer a fairytale atmosphere.
It is in the perfect location where events are frequently organised especially weddings. They have 11 multifunctional rooms with space for up to 300 guests. They offer unbelievable experiences and spectacular rooms with furniture from the XVII century with views to their french gardens.
The building is found in a city which offers the same magic in the perfect location to explore the city without a car. It is surrounded by nature, french gardens, fresh aire and tranquility. The hotel holds a big link with the artistic world and over the years has held various expositions. Around the whole hotel you will find both modern and clasic art pieces.
The hotel’s restaurant offers an efficient and professional team. They provide food of the highest quality from their varied menu complete with typical ‘Asturian’ food and dishes from all over the world to please all tastes.
You will work with a team of professionals with years of experience in gastronomy and hospitality. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and work in a fast paced environment with clients from all over the world. They are looking for a few students to join their team in various departments including: reception, chefs and waiters.
The tasks you will be expected to perform in the purchasing department:
- Manage and follow up on inventory and logistic department
- Make orders
- Contact and negotiate with providers
- Establish a good communication and relationship with the rest of the departments
