Internship tasks:
During your internship as a Junior HR Recruiter, youu will complete the following daily tasks:
- Selection and Search of new candidates
- Conduct Phone calls as well as prescreening interviews
- Work alongside senior consultants and offer them support in future projects
- Telemarketing tasks through market research to expand and develop business
- Commercial tasks
- Develop the companies database
- Create and translate reports in English ( Spanish / German )
