Information about the company that’s offering the internship:

Located in the centre of Barcelona and also very close to its beautiful beaches, this company is dedicated to providing nautical services to tourists and locals: from renting sailing boats or catamarans to organising boat parties or Jet-Ski rides.

With decades of experience and expertise, the company has a young, dynamic and diverse team, exactly as as their clientele; but also with extensive experience in managing interns from various parts of Europe. From French students to Germans, Italians and Polish students. 

The company offers various different internship postions, from PR and Communication to HR, Logistics and administration. 

The students who have the privilege of doing their internship in this company should be responsible, eager to learn and to be in constant contact with clients. Being able to speak English and Spanish is essential for this offer. 

The working hours are 8 hours a day, five days a week, distributed throughout monday to sunday, The student will have an unrivalled internship experience in a nautical environment where you will be in constatn contact with people from all around the world. 

The company offers students a monthly salary between 400€ and 600€ depending on the internship position.


Internship tasks:

Esta práctica remunerada de relaciones Senior HR manager,logística & administración en empresa náutica Barcelona tiene por objetivo mejorar las habilidades comunicativas y de gestión  administrativa, además,  dar apoyo al departamento de organización y logística de los servicios náuticos ofrecidos, por medio de tareas orientadas a liderar y entrenar estudiantes en posiciones de RRPP

Las tareas se centran especialmente en apoyar las siguientes actividades:

  • Dar apoyo en la selección de perfiles para puestos de Relaciones públicas y ventas.
  • Evaluación de CV`s y perfilación de estudiantes
  • Sincronización y organización de tareas que sebe realizar el Staff que se encuentra en servicio de los 5 puntos de venta.
  • Apoyo logístico en la preparación de los eventos y servicios náuticos, como: organización y traslado de motos acuáticas, Jetski´s etc..
  • Organización de cronogramas y tareas de los estudiantes en zonas de apoyo.
  • Preparación de planning de tareas y rotación de personal en los distintos puntos de servicio.
  • Dar las inducciones y ciclos de entrenamiento a los nuevos estudiantes.

* Las responsabilidades del estudiante que decida aplicar son de alto nivel y compromiso ya que será la persona que apoyara tareas de gestión del director manager, así mismo, aprenderá a desarrollar taras propias de distintos departamentos.
