Esta práctica de recursos humanos busca a un estudiante con formación e interés en la gestión de personal para los diversos hoteles de la cadena hotelera. Las principales tareas del estudiante de práctica serán:
- Revisión y gestión de candidaturas y curriculums.
- Colaborar en los procesos de selección y entrevistas.
- Colaborar con los responsables de área en las diferentes etapas del proceso de selección.
- Ayudar con tareas de formación e inducción de nuevo personal.
- Gestión de base de datos.
- Creación de manuales de formación.
- Tareas administrativas básicas.
