Internship tasks:
This tourism internship will take place in a great 5-star hotel in Costa Brava, in the administration department.
The hotel is looking for a student with administrative and management skills who will participate, above all, in internal audits, and also in administrative tasks such as billing, managing expenses and relations with banks.
The main tasks of this internship are:
- helping plan and develop internal audits
- updating and organising information about the costs of the Food & Beverage departments (restaurant, bar, kitchen)
- help with recurring administration tasks, and sometimes help the HR department with their administration and archiving tasks
- managing, reporting and answering the department´s emails, maintaining the supervisor updated
- help with billing and management of payments and defaults
- general administrative assistance
