Internship in Marketing, Communication, and Customer Service assistant in Barcelona

You will acquire customer service, sales, commercial, administrative and organisational skills. The company offers monthly financial aid and tutored training.

• Marketing: writing the offers of apartments and publishing them online (primary task)
• Introducing the data of apartments and clients in the database
• Promoting apartment for rent among our clients, replying to e-mails that the company receives and the phonecalls that couln´t be answered during the day (also a primary task)
• Answring external calls. Giving information about the apartments for rent, and registering the calls.
• Orgqanising the external consultants´ schedule
• Preparing the shopwindow installation
• Preparing contracts and administrative documents. Registering the internal documents.
