This PR internship will take place in a beautiful hotel resort, and the student, supervised by the PR manager, will have the following tasks:

• welcoming new clients and groups of clients
• offering tours around the hotel and informing clients about different areas and services at their disposal
• organising small events in order to build customer loyalty by making them frequent or VIP clients of the hotel group
• advise guests about the tourist attractions in the region and entertainment activities inside and outside of the hotel
• maintaining close relations with clients, and do satisfaction surveys that will allow to know if the clients are content or if there are aspects to improve
• attending and organising  guests during events or meals at the restaurant and bar
