The objective of this practice is to help in two major projects:

1. Loyalty Marketing Program:

• The student should survey the hotel guests to find out how they are, what things they would like to have improved, what their preferred hotel location is, etc.
• Once these data have been obtained, the student has to complete a database to generate conclusions and implement improvements.

2. Program for the promotion of entertainment services:

• The student should promote and present additional services such as bicycle rentals, events and entertainment activities, excursions in the region.
• You must also organise the booking schedule of interested customers.
