Internship tasks:

Operations related tasks:


  • Managing bookings, collecting payment and registering the guests online.


  • External and internal communication
    – Pre and post stay communication with the guests
    – Coordinating the arrival and departure of the guests
    – Ensuring communication flow between the cleaning staff, maintenance, and other parts of the company
    (laundry, transportation, etc.).


  • Check ins and Check outs
    – Welcoming the guests virtually and assist with the SMART LOCKS if necessary
    – Give guests access to the digital keys
    – Offering touristic guidance
    – Managing complaints


  • Coordinating the cleaning staff
    – Elaborating the daily cleaning calendar, allocating time slots and apartments to each cleaning staff


  • Website related tasks & social networks
    – Content management
    – Descriptions of properties
    – Translation of the web content to different languages (if necessary)
    – Blog update & social networks management

Requirements for the applicant:



Required languages

English – B1
Spanish – B1

Desired experience

Would be a plus

IT skills

Microsoft office ( word, excel, PowerPoint, access) at user level

Other requirements

High level of English and a second language French, Italian or German

Important information





Working hours

Monday to Friday (flexibility to work 2 weekends a month if necessary, in which case the student would have Monday and Tuesday off).
