Internship in Public Relations in a 5* Hotel in Ibiza

This internship will take place in an amazing hotel group that includes hotels of 4 and 5 stars. This organisation has hotels in different locations throughout Spain and even in Mexico. They offer amazing resorts, with luxury rooms, restuarants and magnificient pools. One of their hotels is an eco hotel, which has earnt the group great recognition within the industry. 

This group has 8 hotels located in Benidorm, Ibiza, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Lanzarote in Spain. In Mexico they have resorts in Cancún, los Cabos and Playa del Carmen. 

In their team they have had various interns and students in all of the departments: reception, PR, tourism, kitchen, as well as events and animation. 

The interns who have the pleasure of doing their internship in this hotel will have use of accommodation (10 minutes from the hotel), which is shared with other students, as well as meals and a monthly salary. They will be accompanied by the Head of the Department throughout the internship in order to make sure that the student has a full formation in all of the relevant tasks. 

This Public Relations practice takes place in a 5 star hotel and focuses especially on the following tasks:

– Offering tourist information to the guests.
– Offering information on schedules, events, restaurant and all the general services offered by the hotel.
– Welcoming guests in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
– Inviting hotel guests to participate in events, dinners and other celebrations.

The objective, considering that it is a 5-star hotel, is to offer added value by means of a close realtion with the guests of the hotel so that their experience is unforgettable.
