This Hotel is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Barcelona (15km), and 10km from the airport, perfect for visiting the city of Barcelona without being in the tourist center, with easy access by public transport to the city. Its team is multipurpose, so they perform various tasks within the Hotel.

Students are also trained in a multipurpose way, to enhance learning and show how to manage various departments of the Hotel, especially Reception and F&B.

The schedules are rotating, and the shifts are usually from 7h-15h or 15h-23h. To facilitate the student’s experience, this Hotel offers shared accommodation within its facilities, as well as access to the staff dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Hotel Group to which this Hotel belongs has been collaborating with us since 2010, and is recognized throughout the European Union for providing its students with excellent training in the Reception, Reservations, Events, Administration, Restaurant and Assistant Management Departments.

Its team is multicultural and its main clients are businessmen and families of Spanish and French origin. Given the characteristics of the internship, the student is immersed in the Spanish culture, thus being able to improve their language skills and have a quality experience in the world of Tourism.

Internship tasks:

The intern will be trained in various customer service tasks. The minimum duration of the internship is 4 months: Welcoming and informing guests; Check-in and check-out; Managing reservations and internal program; Giving information about the hotel’s services, external and tourist information requested; General support to the daily tasks of the department; During the buffet breakfast, assisting the guest, in addition to performing room preparation tasks, picking up tables and responding to customer requests. In the restaurant and bar: serve drinks, set and clear tables, customer service and serving. The accepted candidate must commit to a PCR test (not a rapid test) 48 hours prior to arrival, and present a negative result.
