• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders, Commercial Offers
   
• Assisting in coordinating shipment from the supplier to our warehouse and from our warehouse to the client
   
• Filing and organizing the paperwork
   
• Data entry in the spreadsheets in the spreadsheets and ERP regarding relevant activities
   
• Providing general support and assistance to our Logistic Coordinators and Procurement officers
