Real estate company specialising in the sale and rental of apartments in Barcelona and the Mediterranean area in general. Within its service package they´ve got options such as airport transfers, reception, and even tourist guides.

Their team is young and speaks many languages including English, French and German; thus they manage to reach an international clientele, always offering a close and effective treatment. This organisation also attaches great importance to its presence on the Internet and in social networks, areas in which students seeking internships in marketing or communication usually enjoy working a lot.

Their office, the internship place, is in the centre of Barcelona, and working hours are usually from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (these times may vary slightly depending on the season).

Internship tasks:

This paid internship in Barcelona offers students a space where they can develop their organization and communication skills, their foreign languages and marketing concepts; all through a learning experience in an industry as dynamic as the management of a real estate company and the rental of tourist apartments.

The main activities that the student will carry out under the supervision of the team leader are:

  • Collaborate actively with company activities in social networks giving greater presence on the Internet and on interest groups to reach more potential customers.
  • Update web pages contents in matters of prices, descriptions of products and services in different languages.
  • Check availability of properties with owners by phoning with suppliers and owners.
  • Eventually answering phone calls to customers and solving incidents.
  • Make some apartments or tour visits with the clients when it is necessary.
  • Coordinate requests from customers and potential customers through the sales department.
  • Editing and retouching of images and advertising with programs like Photoshop.

Requirements for the applicant:


Management, Commerce, Administration, International Business, Marketing, Real Estate

Required languages

English – C2

Desired experience

Experience in commerce, sales or in Real Estate is appreciated

IT skills

Office: Excel, Word + Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Internet

Other requirements

A simpatic and organised person that likes and knows how to work in a team is appreciated
