They promote a different way of doing physical activity and sports. They encourage people to participate in more natural sports such as parkour, climbing, pilates, dance. The clients are able to participate in multiple forms of training, from dance and martial arts to calisthenics, climbing and acrobatics. All this, as well as more conventional training methods such as yoga or pilates. 

Their aim is to change the way that people think with regards to sports in terms of learning and education. They want people to start from scratch and think about getting better each day. Their aim is cause social and cultural change in each and every person.
