Internship in Office Assistant/Marketing – Language School in Málaga (alrededores)

They offer Spanish, English, German and French courses with native teachers. To complete the experience, the school organises tours and excursions around Andalusia.

Its facilities are located a few meters from the beach.

The student will assist in the school’s front office with the following tasks:

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

• Administration and booking of apartments rented for students (issue invoices, payments, working with the database);
• Daily contact with international customers (in person, on the telephone or per email);
• Dealing with complaints;
• Working with intranet;
• Organising extra services and extra activities.
• Administration tasks related to the position.

MARKETING TASKS

• Marketing activities as social media, contact with agencies, online marketing.
• Translating texts;
• Sending newsletters;

Depending on your profile you can have tasks in group monitoring and as a substitute teacher

The school offers the posibility to do a complete language course in their facilities (Spanish, English, German or French). Also, you will participate in the tours and excursions around Andalusia.
