Internship in F&B Assistant in 5* Luxury Hotel in Tenerife

International chain of luxury hotels in Spain and Germany. It has two hotels (3-star and 5-star) located in the most exclusive area of southern Tenerife, one of the most beautiful places in the world famous for its nature and landscape. In addition, they have hotels in Germany and Mallorca.

 Both Tenerife hotels are located a 15-minute walk from the sea and in a very commercial area, which offers the tourists many leisure options in a paradisiacal setting.

Since the beginning of our collaboration in 2014 many students have done their internships at the front office and at the restaurant.

Trained under the highest quality hotel standards, they have acquired important knowledge for their professional future and have had a great experience with a team of multicultural and friendly employees.

The intern will assist the Restaurants and Bar of this 5* Hotel:

• Preparing dining room, including all necessary mise-en-place for service
• Serving customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
• Ensuring tables are well dressed and decorations comply with agreed standards
• Take orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute.
• Being totally familiar with the composition of all menu items
• Cleanning tables as soon as customers have finish their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, without making them feel rushed
• Ensuring that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer
• Attending to customer complaints satisfactorily

For internships of less than 3 months the Hotel will give you: accomodation + meals + 94€ net/month

For internships of more than 3 months the Hotel will give you: accomodation + meals + 194€ net/month
