Internship in Chef in luxury restaurant in Valencia (centro)

This restaurant company has two restaurants in the center of Valencia. They are highly recognized for the quality of their services and the variety of their exquisite dishes. Their menu is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, and the chef’s proposal is based on the modern ideas.

What stands out, most of the success of the organization is that it offers “gastronomy classes”. The chef of the house shares with the passionate about the gastronomic world his experiences and cooking techniques. In addition, the company has managed to integrate in its model of business  an ecological concept that allows the restaurants to offer more than just a service: an experience.

Students who have the privilege of belonging to this work team will be able to put their knowledge into practice and take a full advantage of this experience in luxury restaurants. In addition, they will have accommodation (5 minutes from the restaurant), meals included (the 3 meals of the day) and a monthly compensation.

• In charge of consignment of cold, hot and dessert dishes.
• Recipe elaboration according to the instructions from chef.
• Prepare the tables  for service before opening.
• Ordering.
• The student participates in a rotation, with theidea that they expand their knowledge in all areas of the kitchen.
• The student will also be trained in food handling, cooking, food management and any other task in which the student wants to improve their knowledge.
