If you´re lucky enough to do your internship in this company, you´ll undoubtedly remember it till the end of your life: it´s a great 5-star hotel, located (obviously) in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe: the Canary Islands.

This hotel, like many others around, has hundreds of rooms and suites with sea views, swimming pools and a spa, 24-hour reception, internet, parking, etc. A dazzling structure where for years hundreds of students have done their internships at the reception, in public relations, entertainment, booking managament, or in the kitchen or restaurant.

It´s noteworthy that its team of experts has great experiences with interns from countries such as Germany, France and Italy, among many others: they know how to offer a real internship experience.

The interns´ working hours are 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. The daily shifts can be split or continuous depending on the position and  the season. All internships are paid, and provide free accommodation and meals.


Internship tasks:

This paid kitchen practice and restaurant in a hotel resort seeks to make the student feel an active part of the kitchen area, participate in the preparations and develop both his skills and his knowledge culinary,

The student of practice has a day of 8 hours at the día, 5 días of the week: During the work days normally have& activity in two services. The tutor will inform you every week about their schedules and what services to worká each day: Breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner, or breakfast and dinner.

The main tasks are:

  • Prepare the kitchen for services: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Making cuts of vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, seafood and preparing food for the cocción. Also help in desserts and pastries&a.
  • Colaboración in the preparation of dishes.
  • Elaboration&
  • Learning international recipes and also gastronomyía regional and medierr;aacute;.
  • Assist in the elaboration of the Menús.
  • Assistance in the organization and cleaning of the kitchen.
