Internship tasks:
Thisculinary internship takes place in the kitchens of a majestic 5-star hotel in Spain, and the student who is lucky enough to be accepted on to the internship will be able to experience the training of a renowned Chef and head chef.
The tasks during the cooking internship at this 5-star hotel are:
- Learn and perform the most common cooking actions: Washing, cutting, preparing, pairing, cooking, among others.
- Collaborate with the kitchen organization before and after the services.
- Working in the different areas of the kitchen: Starters, fish, meats, desserts .
- Help with the storage of fresh, legume and canned products in the kitchen pantry,
- Development of ideas for new dishes in the different gastronomic offers of the hotel
The intern must bring:
Black kitchen pants.
Bib apron.
Kitchen knives.
