The hotel offers a monthly financial compensation, in addition to a bed in a shared room and 3 meals during each day of your stay. The working hours are variable, as in every hotel in the world, but you will work a maximum of 8 h/day for 5 days per week, with 2 consecutive days off. Come on and discover the mysterious north of Spain!
Internship tasks:
The main tasks are:
- General assistance to the head chef,
- Vegetable, fruit, meat, seafood and other cuts,
- Helping in the preparation of dishes with products of the region.
- Elaboration of a variety of dishes.
- Learning international recipes and also regional and Mediterranean gastronomy.
- Assist in the elaboration of the Menus.
- Assistance in the organization and cleaning of the kitchen.
