Internship in Assistant kitchen at resort hotel in the south of Spain in Granada

Luxury 5 star hotel located in the center of the city of Granada. It belongs to a large Spanish hotel chain. We have collaborated with the hotel since 2013. We send students to the reception, restoration and housekeeping areas.

Granada is a city that evokes all the civilizations that passed through southern Spain. During your training you can learn everything related to its culture and tourist attractions. You will also be in contact with people from different parts of the world who come to get to know the beauty of the city.

You will acquire customer service skills, you will improve your level of Spanish and English. You will learn to use the computer system of the reception area and to know the gastronomy of Granada in a restaurant that projects all the comforts, elegance and nature in a gorgeous terrace.

This 5-star hotel is looking for a person to collaborate in the kitchen with the tasks of diarías during two of the three services of the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) under the supervision of the Chef in order to have a work and learning experience international gastronomy and española:

• Elaboration of hot dishes and sauces.
• Cuts and preparation of raw materials.
• Storage and stocking of preserves, fresh products, fish and salads,
• Organize and clean kitchen and kitchen items.
