Internship offer in Restaurants and kitchen in Costa Brava
Information about the company that’s offering the internship:
The four stars hotel, where the internship is carried out, is based in Costa Brava (2 hours from Barcelona). It´s a well recognized hotel in the region with professional staff.
The work team has a broad experience in working with interns. After the internship young students are becoming professionals in tourism in departments like reception, kitchen and restaurant in general.
Each student, who is taking part in this experience, is provided with accommodation, meals and monthly salary.
Internship tasks:
During the cooking practice the student be under the supervision and guía of the Head of Kitchen and collaborate in the various tasks of the área:
- Elaboration Elaborations of hot and cold dishes typical of the gastronomyía local and international.
- Organization and storage of both fresh or preserved and canned products.
- Cuts and preparation of raw materials.
- Cleaning and organizing the kitchen and its elements.
