Internship offer in Restaurants and kitchen in Costa Brava

The four stars hotel, where the internship is carried out, is based in Costa Brava (2 hours from Barcelona). It´s a well recognized hotel in the region with professional staff.
The work team has a broad experience in working with interns. After the internship young students are becoming professionals in tourism in departments like reception, kitchen and restaurant in general.
Each student, who is taking part in this experience, is provided with accommodation, meals and monthly salary.
Internship tasks:
The restaurant assistant internship is looking for a student, who wants to work as waiter or waitress in the future. You will be supervised in tasks as:
- organisation and cleaning the tables before and after service (breakfast, lunch, diner)
- customer service: recommendations, informing, advicing, details about the food and beverage
- taking orders
- bringing café, drinks and others
- helping with cleaning up the restaurant after unexpected accidents
- facilitate the distribution of diners during the entrance to the restaurant
