Internship in Kitchen Assistant in a 4* Hotel Restaurant in Girona

During this cooking internship, the student will be under the supervision and mentoring of the Chef in charge of cooking in order to become an effective part of the team and learn about the dishes and recipes of the Mediterranean and international cuisine prepared at the Hotel:

• Preparation and realization of salads and hot dishes.
• Preparation of willows and soups.
• Organization of raw materials and warehouse inventory.
• Cleaning and organization of the kitchen before, during and after each service.
• Collaborate during breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Organization and cleaning of the restaurant, bars and associated areas.
• Customer service well sea to take orders, drinks or collection of dishes.
