In this case, our two partner hotels are part of a small Spanish chain, and both are located on the coastline. One has 5 stars and is in the province of Malaga, another has 4 stars and is in the province of Cadiz.

The hotels in this chain also offer a monthly financial aid, apart from a bed in a shared room and 3 meals during each day of your stay. They will also give you a uniform and free access to a washing machine. The objective of the cooking practice is that the student has the opportunity to know how the gastronomic production works in an international Hotel having activity in its different areas under the supervision of the Chef:

• Preparation of elaborated dishes of the Spanish, Canarian and international cuisine.
• Help in the organization of raw materials: meats, fish, vegetables and desserts.
• Collaboration in cleaning the kitchen before, during and after each service.
• Cutting and cleaning of food.
• Preparation of sauces.
• Help in the presentation and placement in the buffet.
