This hotel chain with 4 and 5 stars and of great recognition in Europe, offers all-inclusive services for tourists. One of its hotels is located in the most touristic area of Spain, Costa Brava only 1 hour and 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Barcelona. The hotel is looking for talented and passionate students with a passion for hospitality and love for tourists.

This hotel keeps the doors open to tourists throughout the year, welcomes more than 300 tourists a month. This company stands out with the quality of the service and the century-old stone architecture that surrounds it.

The charm and magic of the hotel give tourists an amazing experience. The hotel has two outdoor terrace restaurants that allow you to appreciate the Solius Valley and the Ardenya massif unique landscapes, typical Catalan food and the best chefs in Spain.

It also offers paddle tennis, children’s games room, outdoor pool, reading rooms and one of the most envied wine cellars of the Coast, where passionate tourists can enjoy private wine tasting sessions.

The hotel offers internships in kitchen departments, restaurant, reception, and maintenance of green areas. Students who have the privilege of doing the internships will receive monthly remuneration, accommodation at the hotel and 3 meals of the day totally included. It will be a challenge. Do you dare?

Internship tasks:

¡Be part of this multicultural team!, in this practice you can test all your knowledge in the world  gastronomic, be in contact with the chef and perform the tasks

  • Collaborate with the organization and stock of the raw materials: Meat, fish, salads, fruits, canned
  • Collaborate with kitchen cleaning before and after each service.
  • Help in kitchen filling before service. 
  • Prepare mise in place according to the órdenes of the chef.
  • Make cuts of vegetables, fruit, meats, and fish.
  • Help in preparations and cooking by following Chef’s instructions and recipes.
  • Help with the organization of products in both frías and preserve areas.
  • Attend team meetings and comply with internal regulations regarding safety and carácter sanitary.

Spanish – B2
English – Appreciated

A sociable person, active with the desire to learn and develop his knowledge in cooking.
