 This culinary internship is in a boutique hotel in Spain, where they are looking for a student who has desire to learn Spanish cusine, Mediterannean cuisine and also dishes that are particular to the Costa Brava. The student will develop their knowledge by participating in the following tasks:

• Cut vegetables, fruit, meat and fish.
• Help in preparations and cooking by following the Chef’s instructions and recipes.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and supply areas.
• Help the organization of products in both the cold and the preserved areas.
• attend team meetings and comply with internal regulations regarding internal health and safety regulations.
