• Handling of raw materials in order to create the dishes. 
• Preparing the plates before service. 
• Elaboration of dishes of Spanish and international origin which are adapted to the hotel’s daily menu. 
• Prepare and present desserts and pastries.
• Control the storage of the food within the cold rooms and storage rooms. 
• Keep the work zone clean.
