Internship in Asistente de chef/cocinero en reconocida cadena hotelera in Ibiza

If you wish to apply you must meet the following requirements: Intermediate English B2 and basic Spanish, a third language would be an asset. Have an internship agreement. Flexibility in start and end dates (3 months minimum). ** The internship location will be assigned to you once hotel availability is confirmed (Ibiza case).

– Terminar la mice-en-place de las diferentes partidas.
– Coordinar el servicio diario con el cocinero.
– Ayudar a cocinar y presentar la comida para el servicio.
– Colaborar con el equipo de cocina en los procesos de recepción de materias primas, 
almacenaje, descongelación, control de temperaturas, manipulación, limpieza y 
desinfección.

Requisitos

Titulación mínima: Formación Profesional Grado Medio.
Título de Manipulación de Alimentos en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con la universidad.
Experiencia: No requerida.
Categoría profesional: Prácticas/Trainee.
Residencia: UE.
Idioma imprescindible: español – intermedio y otros idiomas valorables.
