• Ensure the proper functioning of the hotel’s máquinas. 
• Permanent monitoring of machinery.
• Control the correct handling and operation of the hotel.’s máquins
• Programs repair visits with external service providers. 
• Follow-up and control to the maintenance manual. 
• Set priorities for scheduled repairs.
• Communication with housekeeping department to schedule tasks to be performed in rooms. 
• Report to maintenance manager.
