The internships are multipurpose, allowing the student to learn in the management of various departments and because of its international clientele you will be able to improve your language skills from the first moment.
You will have a tutor who will supervise your internship and train you in the most administrative and operational areas, and who will also guide your professional path during the experience.
They offer shared accommodation within the hotel and monthly remuneration.
Internship tasks:
– Customer service before, during and after their stay at the Hotel (via telephone, email and in person).
– Welcome guests and explain about the Hotel and the city.
– Manage the reservation system.
– Assign rooms.
– Cash closing, invoices and invoices.
– Constant communication with other departments of the Hotel.
– Breakfast and bar support: table preparation, beverage service, snacks.
