Internship in Assistant in the food and beverages department in Fuerteventura

This company offers students the possibility of doing internships at the reception, in marketing, business and booking management; there is also room for internships in the kitchen or restaurant, and all of that supervised by a team of top specialists with plenty experience dealing with students. Internships are paid and also provide accommodation and meals. The working hours are 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

This internship is carried out in the food and beverage department and the tasks are:

• Provide help and information to customers in restaurants.
• Welcome customers and them to help organise them in the dining room during the different meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner, also when events or conventions are held.
• Deal with  complaints and incidents that occur in restaurants by offering an agile and practical solution, always in a good way and doing everything possible to show empathy with the client.
• Make taks helping the waitress
• Setting the tables and the bar before and after the opening hours
• Organise and help with cleaning of the tables and the bar after meals
• Advise clients on the menu, drinks etc.
• Serve food, organise dishes ansd cutlery during the meals and at the buffet
