At the Reception Department you will work closely with clients and you will do customer services and administrative tasks.

Your main responsabilities will be:

• Welcoming clients at their arrival.
• Check in and check out.
• Handling complaints, suggestions in a polite way.
• Help the guests with their visit: to explain them the Hotel’s services and to talk with them about the city (main turistic attractions, public transportation, taxis, etc.)
• Billling: to do and check the invoices.
