Internship tasks:
The student will help at the Reception and learn all about the administrative management and quality standards of a 4-star hotel. The main tasks will be:
- Assistance during check-in and check-out
- Room allocation
- Help with solving unexpected problems in the hotel
- Personal customer service
- Giving information about Madrid and its surroundings, entertainment activities, means of transport etc.
- Explaining the services of the hotel
- Billing and closing the cash register
