The main task in Reception are, under the supervision of the manager of the area:

• Bring touristic information to the clients in different languages.
• Bring information about the hotel, the structure and the services offered by the hotel.
• Register the arrivals and the rooms assignation by the Checkin.
• Register the Checkout when the clientes leave the hotel and be sure there are not pending payments.
• Keep well presented the reception area.
• Assit to the area meetings.
