Internship offer in Tourism, reception and animation in Costa Brava
Information about the company that’s offering the internship:
The four stars hotel, where the internship is carried out, is based in Costa Brava (2 hours from Barcelona). It´s a well recognized hotel in the region with professional staff.
The work team has a broad experience in working with interns. After the internship young students are becoming professionals in tourism in departments like reception, kitchen and restaurant in general.
Each student, who is taking part in this experience, is provided with accommodation, meals and monthly salary.
Internship tasks:
During the practices of reception and the person in practice to be under the supervision and guía of the Head of department and assist in the realization of various tasks oriented to communication customer-facing as:
- Welcome from new customers and groups,
- Check-in, check-in, and check-out, checkout.
- Room assignment, key collection and explanation of the use of the facilities.
- Provide information about the región and the services of the hotel to the huéspedes.
- Ensure that all payments are made before the guests leave the hotel
