This hotel is looking for someone who can communicate effectively in French and Spanish, who has a kind peronsality and who wants to be part of thereception team at the hotel taking part in the following tasks:

• Greet new guests and register them in the system in order to assign a room for them. 
• Offer touristic information about the region and the rooms in the hotel. 
• Make sure to register the guests when they leave. 
• Respond, to queeries, questions or complaints from the guests. 
• Tell people about the restaurants opening hours and the rules of the hotel. 
• Help with administrative tasks such as processing personal documents. 
• Attending departmental meetings.
