Their team is international and they will train you at the Front Office department. They will show you administrative tasks, and help you gain customer service skills.
Internship tasks:
The internship is at the Reception, and helping other departments if necessary. The intern will be trained in different customer service tasks:
- check-in and check-out
- billing
- welcoming and informing clients
- booking management in an internal system
- informing about the hotel´s services, external service, and tourist attractions
- general help with the daily department tasks
