Internship in Hotel and SPA receptionist in a ski resort in Pirineos

It´s a hotel chain with structures in popular regions such as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands or the the Pyrenees, among many other areas of Spain: this chain stands out as having high-class hotels as well as many experiences with students doing internships in their facilities.

In their hotels it´s posible to do internships at the reception, in the kitchen and in the restaurant. Their staff is experienced, first-class, and establishes close relationships with students during their internships.

This internship takes place at the reception of a hotel and spa located close to famous ski slopes,  and the hotel is looking for a student with communication skills and intrest in the tourism sector and  foreign languages. The main tasks are:

• Inform the clients about the services of the spa and the hotel in general.
• Inform guests about the ski slopes, and give them advice for a great stay.
• Answer the questions about how to get to the hotel, to the slopes or how to move around the mountains safely.
• Register guests’ arrival and departure: check-in and check-out.
• Forward incoming calls.
• Keep the reception area in perfect conditions or inform the cleaning staff if necessary.
