Internship offer in Tourism, reception and animation in Valencia
Information about the company that’s offering the internship:
5-star hotel located in the centre of Valencia. We’ve been collaborating with them since 2012. It belong to a Spanish hotel chain with presence in Alicante, Seville, Madrid, and Mallorca. It is in a building with great architectural value, a beautiful patio, restaurant and spa.
You’ll have the opportunity to do your internship in a small luxury hotel in the heart of the city, and improve your languages. Valencia is a well-known city visited by tourists from all over the world.
They offer you a training experiences supervised by a tutor in areas such as reception, spa, and restaurant. You will also receive a monthly compensation and usually free accommodation as well as a free meal during your shift.
Internship tasks:
The hotel´s philosophy is quality and excellent customer service. That´s why we´re looking for a dynamic person interested in customer service, and with PR skills, in order to do the following tasks:
- answering calls in various languages in the Customer Service department (internal and external calls)
- Managing reservations and treatments of the SPA
- Customer service of the SPA
- Sales of Products and Treatments the SPA is offering
- Knowledge about the Treatments and Products the SPA is offering
Shifts usually from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
40 hours a week. 8 hour a day, 5 days a week. 2 consecutive days off a week, and one weekend off a month.
