If you’re looking for a first experience in hotel industry: in customer service for European clients, in a high-quality establishment on the Mediterranean coast–this internship will be perfect for you.
Located on Costa Dorada, in the beautiful province of Tarragona (historical city), our partner is a high-standard camping prepared to accommodate caravans, but they also offer stays in charming bungalows in the first line from the beach. They offer you monthly remuneration, a bed in a bungalow that will be shared with other students, and free use of the kitchen in the very bungalow.
The weekly schedule varies, but you’ll work a maximum of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with consecutive 2 days off a week. Are you looking for a first experience out of your country? Do you want to practise languages and have informal contact with people? This experience will be perfect for you!
Internship tasks:
- receiving clients
- check-in and check-out
- offering pre-sales and post-sales services to clients
- booking management
- giving tourist information about the area
- managing complaints and suggestions and informing the supervisor about them in case of not being able to solve them
- other department tasks when requested by the tutor
